NATURAL KAOS COMMUNITY TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Natural Kaos online community, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Community” or “Services”) operated by Natural Kaos (“NK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
- Purpose of the Community Natural Kaos is a private, members-only online community dedicated to skincare education, DIY skincare discussions, and lifestyle topics. Members are peers sharing personal experiences and opinions. The Community is not a professional medical service or treatment provider.
- Eligibility • You must be at least 18 years old. • Accounts are for individual use only. • Account sharing is prohibited. • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Community Conduct & Commercial Activity Policy The Community exists to encourage Sharing, not Promotion.
3.1 Sharing (Permitted) Members may: • Share personal experiences with products and devices. • Mention where they purchased a product. • Discuss results or techniques based on personal use. This type of participation is considered “Sharing” and is encouraged.
3.2 Promotion (Prohibited) Promotion includes, but is not limited to: • Posting links to external sales pages (unless explicitly authorized by NK). • Repeatedly referencing the same product or vendor in a way that suggests marketing. • Posting referral links, affiliate links, or discount codes. • Promoting products or services in which you have a financial interest. • Posting on behalf of a business or operating as a business account. • Recruiting members for outside groups, programs, or platforms. If a member owns, represents, or is affiliated with a brand, any discussion of that brand is considered Promotion and is prohibited without written authorization. NK reserves sole discretion in determining when Sharing becomes Promotion. Business profiles are not permitted.
- Content Restrictions Members may not post: • Defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, or illegal content. • Copyrighted material without permission. • Medical emergency content. • Requests for others to perform procedures on you. • Reckless or dangerous DIY demonstrations. Open-ended cosmetic validation questions unrelated to educational discussion may be removed.
- Vendor & Affiliate Policy Natural Kaos may feature or affiliate with certain vendors. Members may receive discounts through NK affiliate relationships.
5.1 Affiliate Disclosure Natural Kaos acts solely as an affiliate and does not: • Manufacture products • Fulfill orders • Process vendor payments • Handle shipping • Provide warranties
All purchases from vendors are made directly between the member and the vendor.
5.2 Vendor Responsibility Any product defect, shipping issue, refund request, or dispute must be resolved directly with the vendor. Natural Kaos is not responsible for: • Product performance • Delivery delays • Returns • Warranty claims • Customer service failures by vendors Negative vendor complaints posted in the Community may be removed to prevent misinformation or reputational harm.
- Content Ownership & License You retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant NK a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute content within the Community. Community content may not be copied, downloaded, shared, reposted, screen-recorded, or distributed outside the platform. Violation may result in immediate termination.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before attempting skincare procedures. Natural Kaos is not liable for injuries, adverse reactions, or outcomes resulting from DIY activities.

Membership, Billing & Automatic Renewal
8.1 Subscription Plans Natural Kaos offers recurring subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Natural Kaos to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected billing interval until canceled. Billing frequency is clearly displayed at checkout (e.g., “Billed Monthly” or “Billed Yearly”).
8.2 Automatic Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation.
8.3 Cancellation To avoid renewal charges, cancellation must be completed: • Through your account settings within the app; or • Via email to membership@naturalkaos.com at least 24 hours prior to renewal. Removing payment information does not cancel a subscription.
8.4 No Refund Policy All subscription fees are non-refundable. Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund. Filing a bank dispute instead of following the cancellation process may result in account termination.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in: • Immediate suspension of access • Termination of membership • Permanent restriction from future enrollment NK reserves the right to provide transaction records, agreement confirmations, and activity logs to financial institutions in response to disputes.
- Enforcement & Termination NK may: • Remove or edit content • Issue warnings • Apply a three-strike policy • Suspend or terminate membership without refund Severe violations may result in immediate removal without prior notice. NK decisions regarding enforcement are final.
- Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: Natural Kaos shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Community. Participation is at your own risk.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Natural Kaos harmless from claims arising out of: • Your content • Your DIY activities • Your violation of these Terms
- Modifications NK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
- Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
