Community Rules and Guidelines

Before you get started, please read through the policies and guidelines for our online community. Then, press the "I agree" button at the bottom of the page to proceed to the NKT Online Community.

Thank you for being part of the Natural Kaos Tribe’s online community. To ensure the best possible experience for all members, we have established some basic guidelines for participation. The Natural Kaos Tribe (hereafter referred to as, “The Tribe” or “NKT”) has established an online community consisting of a private, members only social network. All links in the App are affiliate and Natural Kaos LLC is compensated. Any posts with websites not related to Natural Kaos LLC or Kimm Pratt affiliates will be removed. We are appreciative if you decide to use these links.

This community is a unique group with members coming from different backgrounds, experiences, and levels of education, coming together as peers to share their interest in skin care and lifestyle. All individuals, no matter their levels of education, field of work or background, are peers within the group. The primary focus of the community is to encourage the sharing of information and experiences as well as participating in ongoing conversations with others. In joining the Tribe’s online community, you agree that you have read, understand, and will follow these established rules and guidelines. There is a 3 strikes policy in place. We understand there can be many reasons for such instances, from a tough day, a misunderstanding, or maybe just forgetting the guidelines. After 3 strikes membership will be terminated. We keep the lines of communication open to try and prevent this from happening. The Rules

Keep exchanges between members and the NKT Team courteous and friendly. Every interaction should make a positive contribution. The community is open to all points of view on the intended topics. Mature, polite debate is acceptable. The discussions and comments on this online community are meant to stimulate conversation, not to create contention. No discussions of religion or politics will occur within the group, this stands for race as well, outside of skincare needs. This group is all inclusive.
Business page profiles will be declined if requesting membership, no business pages will be allowed to hold membership within the Tribe.
Don't post commercial messages or links to products, services, or sites. Self-promotion by group members is prohibited, along with promotion of any business or entity where the group member has any controlling interest or can potentially earn profit from promotion within the group. Promoting or offering your own promo code or referral codes to any website is prohibited. Articles and websites that contain clickable shopping links are prohibited.
No exchanges of money or goods shall occur between group members.
We strictly prohibit the publication, distribution, circulation, or any other marketing usage of the content within this application (including, but not limited to) posts, attachments, and images by someone other than the original author, which is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy and conditions, will result in disciplinary action up to, and including termination of your membership without a refund of all fees and dues collected. You retain your rights to any content you post in the App, but you grant the App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) "to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display " your content. Any content made in the App will stay in the App. Zooms, NKT Events, NKT LIVES. We will retain all entertainment videos that were done in participation. We will not sell your content and we will not delete any content that stays within the NKT Rules. This is part of your agreement when participating in NKT Entertainment. Zooms, NKT Events, NKT Lives
As a member, you will use the appropriate channels to voice complaints and inquiries. Blocking any member of the Admin Team is prohibited. Posting or commenting on the NKT forum about issues or complaints against a member, any member of the NKT Admin Team, or the NKT organization is not allowed. Any posts or comments of this nature will be removed. Correspondence with the NKT Admin Team will be handled via email through membership@naturalkaos.com and not in the discussion forum. Inquiries, complaints, or issues can be sent to Membership@naturalkaos.com.
Minimum age of group membership is 18 years old. No minors will be permitted to join the group. Any member posts (including but not limited to videos, pictures, comments) shall not include any individual under the age of 18. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Attempting to perform or encouraging group members to perform activities located within the group on others is prohibited. This is strictly a DIY group, to be done to yourself only.
“Open ended” style questions that are not contributing to the group’s dialogue are not allowed. Please give ideas of what you are already interested in or have questions about. Examples of these style questions include: “How old do I look?” and “What do you think I should do to my face?”
There are some actions that will lead to immediate removal regardless of how many strikes a member may have. If a member is verbally abusive (swearing at members or the NKT Team, attacking members or the NKT Team), Posting ANY information, content, or images from the group to any other platform, displaying reckless DIY behavior, or having a YouTube channel of similar content to Kim’s, will lead to immediate removal. DISCLAIMERS NKT always strives to help resolve issues and views removal as a last resort. Occasionally we will have something unprecedented come up and reserve the right to make the decision as a team to remove someone if absolutely necessary.
Members are responsible for canceling their own memberships under the settings menu prior to the end of the current billing period to prevent future charges. If you request membership to be canceled via email at membership@naturalkaos.com you must give a minimum of 24 hours notice. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for accounts that have not been canceled prior to the end of the current billing period. Removing your credit card from file does not cancel your account. Card information is stored on file until the account is canceled under the subscriptions tab. You agree to not file a dispute with your bank because you failed to cancel before the end of the current billing period. You will be banned from the app and will be denied a future membership by filing disputes with a bank. When you receive the invoice stating that your account will be billed in the next 48 hours, your account membership has renewed, and the billing period has started over. Canceling after you receive the email is not canceling on time. Our current free trial is for 14 days. The trial is only for new members/new accounts. Existing accounts cannot have the trial added.
Any issues with one of our vetted vendors are to be worked out with the vendor directly. Negative comments or posts regarding the vendors will be removed. NKT is not responsible to mediate disputes between members and vetted vendors.
No posting about vendors from other DIY groups. When posting about products please do not post untrustworthy sources, such as Ali Express, Dh gate, Alibaba, and other equivalent sites. NKT/ Kim Pratt Vetted and/or affiliated sites only.
We DO NOT allow shared accounts. Please only ask advice or ask questions for yourself the membership holder. Do not post pics of other individuals who do not own the account and ask for advice. Posts will be removed.
Information from the app is never to be taken as medical advice. The app is for entertainment purposes only.
Posts relating to medical emergencies of any kind will be removed. If you feel you are having a medical emergency, please seek medical attention. The app is for entertainment, and no one can offer you medical advice.

Policy for Member Community Violations NKT does what it can to protect our community, but we ask members to not post anything that you would not want the world to see or that you would not want anyone to know came from you. Information posted on any platform is available for all to see, and comments are subject to libel, slander, and antitrust laws. NKT will utilize a “three-strike” demerit system for all members in response to any violation within the community. In the event the NKT Escalation Team determines the violation to be of major significance, membership can be revoked at any time with no notice. The determination of a strike or membership removal against a member will be the decision of the NKT Escalation Team. The strike will be recorded and accounted for by the team. NKT reserves the right to take immediate action on any member, post, or comment that we feel violates the rules of conduct outlined above. That action includes but is not limited to, issuing warnings, removing content, and terminating accounts and/or subscriptions. However, because situations and interpretations vary, we also reserve the right to take no action. These terms and code of conduct may be modified at any time, and your continued use of the community signifies your assent to such modified terms. If you are a victim of, or a witness to inappropriate content in any of the NKT discussion threads, resource libraries, or member profiles, please notify NKT immediately by emailing the NKT Escalation Team at Membership@naturalkaos.com. NKT does reserve the right to delete the community at any time, without notice. The NKT online community rules and etiquette should not be seen as all-inclusive but are established to give our members a general idea of the guidelines one should follow when participating in the online community. To preserve a climate that encourages both healthy, safe, and entertaining dialogue, NKT reserves the right to (including, but not limited to) suspend, remove content, or terminate membership for members who violate these rules. Taking action against one of our members, particularly in regard to removing an account, is something we would like to avoid, but realistically may have to happen in order to protect the quality of service we strive to provide to our members. Revoking membership is not intended to limit conversation within the group. When unsure whether content is consistent with these policies, please err on the side of caution and do not post the content in NKT’s online community. If there are any questions on what content is appropriate to post please contact our team at membership@naturalkaos.com Possible disciplinary actions for Terms of Agreement/Rules and Etiquette violations In the event a demerit “strike” will be issued to a member by a member of the Natural Kaos Admin Team. Communication between NKT leadership and members will be done in a cordial way via email. Members are responsible for being receptive to the information from NKT leadership. Any negative behaviors (including but not limited to: aggressive communications, creating negative posts or comments about NKT, negativity towards other members) will not be tolerated and will be disciplined accordingly by the Membership Compliance Committee. The member’s past and current participation may be put into moderation for review by the Membership Compliance Committee. NKT reserves the right to edit or delete a post. However, NKT generally will not edit or delete posts for members, unless there has been a severe violation of the Rules and Etiquette (as mentioned above). To clarify or edit a message posted, we recommend the original poster reply to the existing message. At NKT’s discretion, older messages that may cause confusion or contain outdated information may be archived or deleted. Members that are found editing their original post to include different or misleading information than what was originally approved by the NKT leadership team are potentially subject to receiving a strike if deemed appropriate by the Member Compliance Committee.

In no event shall NKT be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from any information posted on this site. Do not post any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials. Do not post any information or other material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By posting material, the posting party warrants and represents that he or she owns the copyright with respect to such material or has received permission from the copyright owner. In addition, the posting party grants NKT the nonexclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print, and use such information or other material.
