Can you find out how far ahead of time she mixed the Sculptra? I've read in several journal articles that 72+ hours ahead of time is one of the best ways to avoid nodules from forming. If you can only feel but not see the nodules I would leave them alone if you can- they will resolve eventually.
Other than that, You can try bacteriostatic or sterile saline injections directly into the nodules to help try and break them up (several docs recommend this). Some use dilute steroidor 5-fu- you would need to visit a PS or derm for the steroid and 5fu injections.
In your defense I would argue that no you are not prone to nodules, you got it due to her technique.
The Juvederm family of fillers with Vycross technology has a really high incidence of granulomas and nodules compared to other fillers so I would definitely avoid those to be on the safe side.
I hope they resolve soon.
