I have hooded eyes and I would love to go farther up on my forehead with the inotox, but I’m so afraid of dropping the eyebrows. Can anyone help out with tips on the mid- forehead wrinkles ?
I feel even “professionals” are trial and error. I went in last month and was left with two Spock creases above outer brows. I went back in for correction and still have one. I plan on fixing it on my own today. I think once we learn our own faces we will be great.
@LukeRobeson thanks Luke. I have been injecting right under the tail of the brow. This does help with the distance between my lid and the brow.
I just read about a study that did a blind test with injecting more shallow vs going deeper in the muscle when the patient is concerned about possible eyebrows dropping. They did say most of the time the injection that allowed the skin to blanch actual were more smoothing and less likely to reduce the hight of the brows. They also mentioned that this did not reduce the effects or the length of time the procedure lasted.so I’m so curious, do you go intramuscular when your injecting the forehead or have you ever tried the small amounts right under the skin ?
I just thought it was very interesting.
@femalefencer you can also do a brow lift with toxin to help your hooded eyes. Inject under the tail of the brow and under the arch or the brow :) this should help.
As for you forehead wrinkles, it’ll be trial and error. I suggest starting with small doses of toxin, and see what the result is. Gradually increase when you find the right injection spots for your forehead muscles :)
