I actually watched Kim do hers live a couple times and that really helped! 1 have enough for 1 more treatment and I will record and upload 😉 its not difficult at all! I used 8mm insulin syringes You don’t really feel the needle going in, what burns is the acid going in! Some pokes hurt (it’s tolerable) others you cant even feel! Numbing definitely helps , however its not necessary! I use really tight compression afterwards i feel that makes a difference and drink tons of water!!! This picture here i also did my armpit fat hence the wrapping over my boobs! Lol but thats the compression I used on my tummy after each session!
