Hey Hannah, if you search any word in the grey search bar and go to tags or groups that is where you will find any info on that subject. But yes it is only if people hash tag on their post that it will show... I thought I had the app down. But I didn’t realize I was missing everyone’s post - I was only watching the home page and was missing everything going on in the ‘New’ part!!! I’m on catch up now
