I’ve been using innotox from Dermics and find it easy to do. The first time, I was super nervous about injecting myself. Someone recommended Rescue Remedy drops that I bought on Amazon. It helps if your hands shake a lot (which mine did as I was so nervous). I haven’t had the need to use them after injecting twice. I bought a box of 100 BD brand insulin needles on Amazon and used one needle per dose, so I had a lot of needles as most of my injections are just 2 units of innotox. It just makes it easier when you’re new at this to not have to think about overdosing in any one area. I’m to the point now where I use a lot less needles.
