Yes! I have had this feeling from Botox before. Very noticeable heaviness when it starts kicking in. Sometimes this can happen if too much was injected, but since you look fine, it will probably pass. Keep in mind, our thoughts can make things feel 100% worse than they already are (trust me, I’m an overthinker), so give yourself a gentle reminder that you’re totally fine and this is normal! When I see a bruise forming, I think I’m dying for a second haha but then snap myself out of it. I made friends with the anxious part of me. She makes me laugh.
