I love microneedling with Retin-A .1% gel. Plus some HA for glide. Gives a nice peel and looks great after a week. I love doing this just above my knees as well. I go 2-2.5mm there and that area has really responded well. Next venturing into PRP & PRF needling. Waiting on the equipment to arrive. Excited for that!
