I have used it. The pain is very minimal due to the phenol in the peel. I did TCA 13% and couldn’t handle it, by the second layer and had to remove. With the red carpet I was able to do 3 layers and curb most of the stinging with a blow dryer on cool. It’s a great peel.

@WiWah i agree with Rebecca I did the red carpet peel did 5 layers on chest you feel a little stinging but the fan takes it away immediately. On my face I did 3 layers the same fan cooled any stinging immediately but I only did medium red carpet not the potent one. TCA is much more stingy......

@Rebecca_ nothing like the voice of experience, thanks for relating this. I was initially hesitant when seeing phenol, period, not thinking it through as to its numbing properties (at least it does so with throat spray and in medicated Chapstick). If I do peel, I will take your experience into consideration.
