I bought the 3 in 1. I mainly bought mine for acne and skin texture. The hair remover head was a bonus. I bought mine mid May. My skin is olive and I have dark hair, you will have supposedly better/faster results with paler skin. My underarm hair is basically gone. I have a few small hairs but I rarely have to do my underarms. I also use it on my upper lip and that too is gone. My leg hair and bikini grow sporadically and patchy but both now I’m only having to touch up every 3 weeks. As for the amount of flashes left. The countdown has barely moved and am my guess it’ll be way after a year before I need replacements. I do like the acne and skin rejuvenating heads. I get hormonal acne along the jaw line and it clears up super fast. My hyperpigmentation from them also clear up. One thing my friends have said to me is that my face has “evened” out textured wise. I wouldn’t have noticed personally but after one of my friends commenting after not seeing her for a month she bought the exact device for herself. I hope that helps.
