@Gosia ....well, no then you add new things in between. Then you have so many ideas you don't know what to do next. Or, make a calendar and mark it out. Its the only way I can get anything done.
@melann77 I've done couple of peels before and yet 15% tca was quite painful! I've done 5 layers in total on my face and frosted around my lips and cheeks. The frost wasn't as white but noticeable. You can feel stinging and it's getting more intense with each layer but it's bearable as it only lasts up to 5 mins. I didn't numb and I used a fan when the stinging was more intense. I peeled from day 3 for about 7 days, it wasn't bad at all, I used small scissors to cut the dead skin off and applied aquaphor at home very often. I would say go for it, maybe start with 10% and do a different area on your body to familiarise yourself with the feeling. I've done my hands as a test patch and used 10%, peeled by flaking for the next two weeks, after that I knew I'm ok with 10% and went for 15% on my face.
Do you numb up first or not? Is the burn really intense and did you frost and then peel in big sections like Kim does in her videos or Is it a lot different with the 15%? I’ve only done the ordinary AHA30%+BHA2% and I know that’s nothing but I don’t know why i keep putting it off. I think I’m afraid I won’t know what the right amount of burn is okay and end up really screwing my face up somehow, idk???
Thanks for your time and advice. Very helpful. I went and opened a nano cartridge and I see now what you mean about it being a stamp. So that’s not much of a difference between pressing it in with your hands. Ya, I doubt that’ll be something I do much too. I’m realizing the more I read that the medical MN once a month is the way to go. I’m just like a kid with a new toy and I want to play as much as I can but less is best I see.LOL
@melann77 I used to MN at 0.25 depth once a week for some time but medical MN was just giving better results so I skipped it. Yes, it's good for getting the product in the skin. Nano's a bit different as the number of needles varies and its more like a stamp method. I haven't used nano cartridges for MN at 0.25, I used 42 pin cartrige instead.
@Gosia thanks that’s what I was wondering so .25 is just like nano, right? So .25 is just mainly for product penetration? Then .5 and up is stimulating collagen and the deeper I go helps best for acne scars, right? So does that mean at night or maybe every other night I could MN at .25 to really get my products in?
