I’ve used Dr Pen for about 2 years. I like small circles much more than moving linear across the skin. Seems to “hang up” less. Also seems to happen more as depth increases in the cheek area. And even though the needles are sharp, they do get dull during use. So toward the end of a treatment, they “hang up” more, I think because of that too. I try to save the more shallow areas for last and the deeper spots first.
