So....looking at my daily supplements I take all these, + these levels ad well ad about 40 other supplements. Fwiw....one can supplement eith each of these nutrients for about half thecost......but definitely not as convenient....I would also suggest upping the daily protein intake to a minimum of 100grams a day minimum
