I just got Reta 22mg. I can’t find it anywhere on how much water to add nor what dose to take. Has anyone gotten this amount before? I don’t know what to do. I was on Triz 7.5-10mg and wanted to try something different

@Ryoung55 hi Rhonda, do you still use reta, and where did you buy it from? Did you ever hear of also have you heard of verified peptides? My research is saying it's a good one.
