Has anyone used this product? I just did and have severe swelling my eyes are almost swollen shut and my face is huge? Anyone else have this happen?

I bought the p198 it came with 10 viles of the powdered exosomes. It did Not come with the activator. On the fillerhouse website it says to meso u mix with saline. It does not tell you how much saline to mix with it? Can someone please clarify if I need to mix with saline? How much saline to meso it. Or do I need to now purchase the activator? Thanks
