I would add to the already good info provided by Melissa and Rhonda that, due to the shape pf the tip, L cannulas are easier to insert through tissues than W or U. The trade off for ease of insertion is a higher likelihood of damaging tissues. If you’re new to this, the safest option until you get some experience is to W or U cannulas. Having said that, if you’re brand new, a better (and safer) place to start is by placing some smooth threads and getting comfortable with that before trying the heavy gauge cogs.

@tnel10 I noticed you sort of went around the mid-cheek and jaw. Do you RF your forehead or undereye... not like, directly under the eye, but the nasojugal groove area?
If yes, I assume you lower intensity, what settings would you use for those areas?

I have this machine and used it once a couple years ago but it's just been sitting on a shelf since then. I'm going to start using over fall/winter. If my skin looks even a little bit like yours by spring, I'll be very happy!
