How come you injected in your calf? I thought NAD was a subQ injection (fat, not muscle). Am I wrong? I've been using NAD for quite some time, and the instructions say this is a subQ injection.

@tnel10 I noticed you sort of went around the mid-cheek and jaw. Do you RF your forehead or undereye... not like, directly under the eye, but the nasojugal groove area? If yes, I assume you lower intensity, what settings would you use for those areas? *Edited to add- Never mind! I just watched your other Live with RF. You answered all my questions there! I have this machine and used it once a couple years ago but it's just been sitting on a shelf since then. I'm going to start using over fall/winter. If my skin looks even a little bit like yours by spring, I'll be very happy!
