@somaticsojourner on instagram 46 year old woman in surgical menopause in love with DIY skincare/selfcare! I am a massage therapist of 20+ years and I owned an integrative wellness center for 13 years in Baltimore. I absolutely love what I do, and nerding out on the science of aesthetics, peptides,etc has been a great addition to my knowledge about the mind/body and its systems. Grateful for the DIY world, especially because sometimes the professionals don’t have what we need!
