Retired FF/Paramedic and officer for the Sheriff's dept. Health and beauty has been a huge part of my life since I can remember. I've Always been a DYI-er. Which has now escalated a few notches over the past couple years. When I started healing from a brain injury and didn't recognize myself in the mirror. I needed to do more- in my perception. This group has been so helpful and relaxing during my healing process. Still a long road. But will be a road I take with NKT.💜
