Morning is super simple for me. Cleanse, vitamin C serum, tinted moisturizer with spf/ or spf alone. I use the maelove glow maker serum, ingredients wise it’s an excellent dupe for skinceuticals CE Ferulic.

I feel you and hear you !! It’s overwhelming at times. But It’s never too late to jump on the DIY band wagon !! There’s definitely a learning curve when it comes to finding out what your skin will and won’t tolerate. Start with your skin care routine. Cleansing & double cleansing at night. You could still use your coconut oil to precleanse at night. I would definitely recommend using a low dose Retin-A 2-3 times a week and building up from there. A good moisturizer at night. In the morning vit C serum & spf. I would suggest exfoliating twice a week to slough off dead skin. Use a weekly or biweekly face mask suited to your skin. Microneedling was my gate way drug into DIY procedures :). Followed quickly by innotox, TCA, Threads, profhilo and meso. I remember crying the day after my first microneedling session because I wasn’t prepared for what my skin would look like post procedure. It was awful, dry, tight, wrinkled, I looked like I’d aged 10 years. But with feed back from the wonderful women of this tribe, they reassured me it was OK, and it was !! So my point is, perseverance and patience pays off 🙏 one small step at time, at your own pace, just don’t believe for a second you missed the train !!

Are you suggesting profhilo is a waste of money because it’s not truly cross linked ?? 😬 I would love to hear more about this, I spend so much on it !!
