It’s very frustrating for Canadians. Is there any way this can be prevented. I deal with other companies that use triangle shipping or package items discretely.

This has never happened to me before. At this time, I cannot track my own package so I don't think this is good either. I believe this means CBSA will be opening your package to determine the content of it, and if they allow it, how much duties need to be paid. What is in there?

@tracybaby that’s great. Maybe they are using an express Ems service. Ems is usually not as strict customs wise.
