I’m still a bit confused though with some things. Maybe this is what I should ask the seller of this machine but do you put water in your HIFU cartridge? I’ve seen some videos where the manufacturer shows putting water into the cartridges and others don’t show it at all. I also didn’t read anything about it so I guess I’m wondering if it’s safe to do so. I assume it gives better results but idk. Also, how many passes do you do? I have a 12 lines transducer so I assume I only need to click it once per area 🤷‍♀️ but I’ve heard practitioners doing multiple passes on each area...

Did you do temple filler too? Your temples look so much more full... I tried fibroblasting but didn’t see much of a difference when I did it
