When I go to the search bar and type something in it does nothing? Is there syntax that needs to be added? I tried a hashtag before and still nothing? I actually have peels, MN and a few other procedures down because I have watched nearly all of Kim's Videos but the thing I cannot find is a beginners guide to products combined with various procedures. There was a recent video that briefly touched this topic but as a newbie I was hoping there was a good 'template' to begin or a cheat sheet. I am slowing putting one together but the information is coming from multiple sources and sometimes it contradicts. I would rather get everything from this tribe because I trust you. If you could tell me, where in the routine should I use my high frequency wand? Do you get close to the face and allow it to zap or do you hold it firmly against the skin? @Megan LED facemask in the routine? Before or after serums? Thank you to the mods, I know it takes a lot of work to stay on top of a large group. Those of us that are new to all of this really do appreciate you.

Hi Kim, I have watched you tell how to work this quite a few times. I don’t understand it. I’m not seeing the same on my phone and the only place that I see where I can leave a message is if I write it on my profile and it’s limited me to 35 characters. I’ve emailed for help quite a few times they tell me they can’t help me on the phone that there’s not enough people and I just have to watch this video which I do and I still just don’t get it. I have a disability. it’s hard for me. I need to have help. I’m not good at this stuff anyway, but with the disability I have it makes it even harder. I really want to stay in the group. Could you please help or someone help me.

Hi all! I just started this journey and somehow found a YouTube with Kim showing a peel. I am 53, love the sun and never took care of my skin. So I am trying to research and learn what I should be doing. I’m a skin virgin looking for help😄😄
