Hi Kelly. SubQ was far more uncomfortable. After consulting a medical professional friend of mine, she confirmed that IM would be best. I did 2.5mL in each glute. I will say, I had awful neuropathy. I have cured it. Over two years pain free. I did weekly IVs of Glutathione, vitamin C, and Alpha Lipoic acid. I think the ALA helped the most. I did at least 10 weeks. I swear by it. At the same time, I the weekly IM injections of Furmine. So maybe it was a combination of the Cindella cocktail and furmine. I also went to a ketogenic diet, to prevent the neuropathy from coming back. I’m so happy to not deal with neuropathy any more. I hope your dad tries this, because there is a cure. Hope this helps!
