Hi Michelle! ❤️ Here are some tips for each product based on your experience with adapalene (a gentler retinoid) and Bimatoprost-based lash products. Tretinoin Tips - Since you’re already accustomed to .1% adapalene gel, your skin may tolerate tretinoin well, but it’s still important to proceed carefully since tretinoin is more potent. Here are some tips for effective use: Start Slowly!! If you’re new to tretinoin (even though you’re familiar with adapalene), it’s recommended to start using it every other night to avoid irritation or two times a week. People that go to fast stop using it because they get frustrated with the process of getting used to it, so go slowy. You can gradually increase frequency as your skin gets used to it. Begin with a pea-sized amount and apply it evenly across the face, avoiding the sensitive areas around the eyes, mouth, and corners of the nose. After cleansing your face, wait 15-20 minutes before applying tretinoin. This gives your skin time to fully dry, which reduces the risk of irritation and improves the absorption of the product. Make sure to use a gentle, hydrating cleanser to avoid stripping your skin’s natural oils. Follow with a rich moisturizer to lock in hydration and protect the skin barrier. If you experience dryness or peeling, you can use a thicker moisturizer or apply it before your tretinoin to help buffer the irritation...

@Melissa Hi Melissa! Quick question 🙋‍♀️ Do I use tretinoin in place of retinol, or use it together. And, what supplier would I buy these products from? Thank you!!!

Looking good girly!!! Yes, you can see a difference for sure!! I’m still working on getting my plumpness back after glp1’s —still on it, just microdosing now, so no effect on the face now.
