Do you had an update? My first thought is actually poor lymph drainage. With filler already being there, the subsequent under eye treatments can cause chronic adema which can turn into malar bags or festoons. I always incorporate lymph massage and pay close attention to my under eyes when I’m actively doing under eye treatments. I also have a small amount of under eye filler and had some of it dissolved after a week as I started holding too much water. This was about 2 years before my diy journey. I would definitely dissolve the filler and stop all under eye treatments until it’s come down. I’d love an update!

Can you dilute the NAD 750 and use it all up at 0.3 units or do you increase the dosage?
