I LOVE seeing your husband INVOLVED in your skincare venture! It’s inspiring to see husbands authentically teaming up with their wives to build a legacy for their family. And it’s inspiring to see men caring about their health (inside and out). One of the reasons I choose to be single is because men don’t take care of themselves, so why should I? 💁🏼‍♀️ Recently, a 60-something woman who takes care of herself said, “I stay single because all the men my age are physically unhealthy and ill.” I get that. Men need to be as consumed by their health as (some) women are. It’s a holistic effort — eat healthy, exercise, groom well, stay out of drama to decrease stress, work hard to increase self-esteem, and continually learn in order to exercise your mind.

Maybe you were getting too popular and they view you as a rebel and they don’t want rebels standing up to the bureaucracy. I’m glad you are an empowered, critical-thinking female leader…it’s why I follow you. I respect you and Suzanne Somers, that’s it. (Side note: I enjoy Taylor Swift’s music and I think she could be a strong female leader, but she’s still growing.) They can’t say that the reason they decided to destroy you is that they view you as dissident, but that is the reason. Also, your app here (with the people who care about you) is the place you can cry. Don’t give those bureaucratic monsters the satisfaction of seeing you cry, because they don’t care, and they will most likely revel in your misery. You will persevere. This is a human rights violation. You are correct. They have committed gross discrimination because they fear that if you get too popular and you don’t bow to bureaucracy that you can be a force to topple them. So prove them right, Kim. Topple those m*therf*****. I don’t care how long it takes. I don’t care if it takes 20 years…make them pay in the most effective way. You’re smart. You’re strategic. You have your husband and a legion of women supporting you. Topple them. 👊 Kim, they view you as a threat and this is a good thing, because this means that they know you have power to influence humanity, and this means that you can create REAL change. So...

Hello Deonysia, I noticed that you mentioned acne. I struggled with acne all my life, until recently. I decided to go on a detox diet in 2018 to clean my organs and blood. My diet consists of mostly raw fruits/vegetables. So once I finished two months of detox, then I decided to re-introduce foods one at a time to identify which foods my body struggles to process. I re-introduced cow’s milk in the form of coffee creamer...I got acne, and then later in the form of ice cream...I got acne. Then I decided to drink almond/coconut milk...no acne. So then I bought these yummy pumpkin muffins from Panera...I got acne. And the acne was mostly around my neck and chin. So then I began researching why I was getting acne around my neck and chin. I read that when the gall bladder has a difficult time processing unhealthy-fats that the bile will back-up and get flushed into the lymphatic system and out the lymph nodes and when the lymph nodes can’t eliminate all the toxins, then they are eliminated via the skin and the toxins building up in the skin cause the acne. So every time I ingested an unhealthy fat (such as the fat in cow’s milk, or the vegetable oil in the muffins), then I was giving my gall bladder a hard time. Now the only carbs/fat I eat are either in fruits/vegetables, or in sprouted bread, or brown rice, or chicken/fish meat, and I don’t get acne. I thought I would always have...
