I impulse-bought a PLLA meso product called Mesoheal Dual for this same issue. It’s like Sculptra but more dilute. Not used it yet because the more I researched this, the more uncertain I was about the technique etc. Sorry, that’s not very helpful is it! If you’re a more experienced DIYer than me, might be an option? I will try this at some point and do a post. Some interesting stuff online / on this forum about dilute Radiesse - worth looking into

I thought about this, did my research then decided I wasn’t skilled enough to DIY, too risky. I bought a weaker, meso version called Mesoheal Dual but still don’t feel ready to do it. There are a few studies of quite dilute PLLA liquid / suspension used successfully for general rejuvenation but much lower concentration than AestheFill / Sculptra.
