Biography
HEY!! <--- as you can tell, I'm clearly from the South.. Georgia to be exact. ;) I turned 51 this year and needless to say have spent the past year and a half learning all about anti aging hacks and LOVE the idea of DIYing it.
I'm a 25 year experienced health and wellness expert, pro athlete, and am fortunate that my exercise & nutrition habits for the past 20 plus years has allowed me to "not look my age" so far(that's what "they" say)... whatever that means. haha
That said, I definitely want to keep the good fortune going and understanding how the hormones of perimenopause and menopause drastically change the facial structure, foundation, and all sorts of fun things to look forward to, I have been VERY interested in skin care and diy techniques that I can implement now in hopes to prevent more invasive procedures later.
I just LOVE the openness of everyone in this community and am so glad Kim has led the way in holding space for us to share with one another. π
