I got lumps when I did my under-chin and under jawline. I was absolutely convinced I had swollen lymph nodes because it swelled and was sore under my ears where the lymph nodes hurt( same feeling as having strep throat or but cold) but just as I was about to give in an check in with my doctor, they let up and I felt fine. I hate to give you bad advice when you do need to see a doctor....if you’re still in pain 5 days after maybe you should see one.... but in my particular case that’s what happened

I’d recommend screw threads next, they help plump/ fill in the neck or low face with some slight lift. Look for a bigger number on screw threads as you are starting off. The bigger the number the smaller the needle size and that means less pain. Maybe 29 gauge screw threads if you can find some? I think you’re ready for that. PLLA will last longer than PCL. If you’re ready to do COG threads, which is the most difficult/painful htype to use, look for something around 25gauge (I don’t think they make a higher number than that for cogs unfortunately). COGS will really lift so if it’s eyebrow lifting action that you want....I would really suggest doing the mono, then screw, then COGS so that you build up the skills and confidence.
