Hey hun - just saw this - and Iv literally just come off the phone to my dermatologist. I’m also a long time psoriasis sufferer. But I have permanent flare ups so I’m currently on an immune suppressant (which poses a whole bunch of problems all of its own!!) I paid £5000 and bought a uvb sun bed a few years back so I could do light therapy at home!! It’s one of my many many health issues. But I’v learned to live with almost all of my other issues. But I’ll never be ok with my psoriasis. But I wish I was!!! Last time I was scab free was 17 years ago 😩😩😩
