I have used this product. You get a whitening effect so I would not use in one area again because it can be somewhat blotchy. Gun is ideal but too slow and product waste. Filler effects are great. Second time I went deeper full 4 m to dermis. Just have not have the time to revisit because I’m into my thread’s and love Miracle L. I don’t numb for anything. I’m sure the cogs I will!!
