Hi, I placed an order on September 29th, and when I check my account, it shows that I have paid, but the shipping date is not available. I have emailed the team three times regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. @Melissa I ordered a huge order on September 29th and I heard back before their holiday that my payment was received.
