@Jam727 I’ve fallen victim to this. Luckily not full pillow face but still…. As a male you want the majority in the apple and a female would be more lateral to give the cheek more volume laterally , the way the diagram shows. It’s amazing how much filler can change your face shape- good or bad based off placement and amount used

@jabrick11 she’ll probably go over that in the full video but I don’t use numbing usually for my cheeks. It’s a deep injection, on the bone straight down, so numbing only helps for the initial pinch of the injection but then you still feel that crunch of the injection. if the filler itself has lidocaine in it then you will be numb after that. I’d recommend doing one injection per side to start, then go back and forth left to right which will make each subsequent injection less uncomfortable. Hope that makes sense ♥️
